We’re looking for a highly motivated, proven Director of Sales who knows SaaS and financial services. We know who our potential customers are. We need your help to get them to know us too. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing SaaS market leader.
What You'll Do:
As a Director of Sales, you’ll have the opportunity to lead our excellent team of Enterprise Account Executives, helping them improve their skill sets, manage their pipelines, and ultimately get in the weeds to help win business where required.
MANTL is a highly technical sales organization, and contends with relatively long sales cycles to Banks and Credit Unions. You will work directly with the VP of Growth to manage and continuously improve a top performing sales organization. This role does not have an individual quota, but rather is compensated on the total performance of the team.
This Director of Sales role is a great opportunity to come in early, and put your stamp on a fast-growing, well-funded, FinTech start-up with an exceptional product.
