FinTech Merchant Onboarding and Sales Specialist

Currently, Credova needs a a self-motivated, energetic and results driven inside sales representative to join our team. Our sales team is responsible for delivering the results our company needs to grow. You’ll be part of that, and get the reward of watching your efforts turn into real revenue. The primary duties of the inside sales representativeis to facilitate communication via phone, email, chat with potential and current merchants.You’ll deliver the Credova solution to merchants who have a real need, offering a buy now, pay later financing solution to their consumer base. .The job doesn’t end when a merchant signs up with Credova. Part of the position is to act as a merchant success manager, and continue to develop, nurture and grow relationships with your merchants and their teams after you’ve facilitated the merchant’s onboarding.

A big part of your job will be the ability to communicate to merchants how Credova fits their needs, what we offer, our solutions and how effective implementing a buy now, pay later solution can be in helping the merchant meet their business goals. This is one of the more critical positions in our company, and every department assists with your success. As much effort as our team puts into the growth of our company and helping merchants nationwide, we expect that from you. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Servicing existing accounts and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily activities to call on existing or potential retailers, dealers, and shop owners, in order to meet sales goals and objectives assigned by the sales manager.
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.
  • Expediting the resolution of customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Personally contacting and securing new business by preparing schedules and action plans to identify new leads and referral follow up.
  • Monitoring competitors by gathering current marketplace information on similar products and recommending changes in product, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical support to achieve the work required to close contracts.
  • Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materials.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.

Compensation & Benefits

This position has both an annual salary as well as commission + bonus. Health, dental and vision benefits + 401k match program.
